Simon Gellert was appointed to the Board in October 2023.

Simon started his career in the Australian grain industry in 2006 and has held various roles in accumulation, logistics and domestic and international trading.

Simon is currently the Senior Director Trading Wheat & Barley for Bunge. Actively involved in various industry groups with a strong focus on wheat, Simon has been a member of the GIWA Wheat Council since 2018.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science, a Bachelor of Business (International Finance), a Masters in Applied Finance and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course – GAICD
