Paul was appointed to the board in October 2025. Paul is a senior finance and agribusiness professional with extensive experience across financial markets, risk management, and product development. After 10 years in financial markets trading roles in the banking industry, Paul joined the marketing and trading division of CBH Group, where he has held various market and grower-facing roles over the last 15 years.

Paul is currently the Chief Marketing and Trading Officer for CBH, a member of the Executive, and is responsible for all of the marketing and trading activities of the Group.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Quantitative Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan.
