1. Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all Plant Exports Management System (PEMS), Export Documents (EXDOC) and Quota Management System (QMS) users, including plant export clients and exporters, of expected system maintenance and associated outages.

Systems will be unavailable for the following periods:

Plant Export Management System (PEMS)

12:00 am – 04:00 am (AEDT) Saturday 27 January 2024
08:00 pm – 11:50 pm (AEDT) Sunday 28 January 2024.

EXDOC

12:00 am – 04:00 am (AEDT) Saturday 27 January 2024
11:00 pm Saturday 27 January – 03:25 am (AEDT) Sunday 28 January 2024
08:00pm – 11:50 pm (AEDT) Sunday 28 January 2024.

Quota Management System (QMS)

Note: During the system outage windows, users will be unable to initiate or submit an inspection record in PEMS.

Familiarise yourself with the timing of the expected system outages and the impact. Inspection results will need to be recorded prior to or after the outages.
