Paul  is a senior finance and agribusiness professional with extensive experience across financial markets, risk management, and product development. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to building high-performing teams.

Paul currently serves as Head of Structured Products at CBH Group, Australia’s largest grain exporter and grower-owned co-operative. In this role, he leads the development and management of financial products designed to support growers in managing risk and maximising value within their farming operations.

His background includes a Senior Rates Trader role at Lloyds Bank, and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Quantitative Finance and Accounting from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan.
