1. Issue

Following the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 27 October 2026, GTA Members have elected the Board for the upcoming year. The 2025-2026 Annual Report, Chair’s address, and the 2026 AGM Meeting Papers can be found on the GTA website.

2. Nominations

Nominations were sought for the following classes of GTA membership to fill 3 Director Positions. These vacancies included:

• Ordinary Level A – to fill one vacant Director position
• Ordinary Level B – to fill one vacant Director position
• Merchant Association – to fill one vacant Director position.

Nominations received for these positions were:

• Ordinary Level A – Simon Gellert and Klaus Pamminger
• Ordinary Level B – Joe Masters and Matthew Schmerl
• Merchant Association – Michael Wood.

The following Directors with Special Qualifications were appointed for the 2026-2027 year:

• Ole Houe (Chair)
• Geoff Farnsworth (Legal)
• Simon Tickner (Production).

Voting was conducted at the AGM on 27 October 2026. All GTA Members were entitled to vote either prior to, during a hybrid AGM, or by proxy.
