1. Issue
GTA has an established, Board-approved process for the periodic review and update of the GTA Trade Rules and Standard Form Grain Contracts (SFGC). This process includes industry consultation, the identification of key issues, and consideration of proposed amendments, followed by a review by the Commerce Committee and the GTA Board.
The GTA Commerce Committee has commenced its review process and is inviting members and industry participants to submit feedback on any issues, gaps, or proposed changes to the Trade Rules and the SFGC.
