The 2026 Grain Trade Australia (GTA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, in Sydney at Cliftons, Level 13, 60 Margaret Street and via Zoom, commencing at 9.30am AEDT.

To attend the GTA AGM 2026, please register here. Please note that registrations will close on Monday, 26 October 2026 at 5pm AEDT.

The documents include:

2. Nominations & Voting

Nominations were sought for the following categories of GTA membership to fill three Director positions. These vacancies are:

• Ordinary Level A – to fill one vacant Director position.
• Ordinary Level B – to fill one vacant Director position.
• Merchant Association – to fill one vacant Director position.

Nominations received for these positions were:

• Ordinary Level A
  • Simon Gellert, nominated by Bunge
  • Klaus Pamminger, nominated by GrainCorp

• Ordinary Level B
  • Joe Masters, nominated by Robinson Grain Trading
  • Matthew Schmerl, nominated by Ridley AgriProducts

• Merchant Association
  • Michael Wood, nominated by Grain Industry Association of Victoria (GIAV).

All financial members (as at 9am Monday 26 October 2026) are entitled to vote either by proxy or at the meeting. All members unable to attend the AGM are also eligible to vote for the appointment of GTA Directors by submitting their proxy forms.

A proxy form (and the power of attorney (if any) under which it is signed) must be received at the registered office of the Company via email (no later than 5pm on Monday, 26 October 2026). Proxy forms received after this time will not be considered. If you are voting at the AGM, please note that only 1 nominated representative from a Grain Trade Australia Ltd member is entitled to vote.
