1. Purpose
To advise Grain Trade Australia Members that GTA is seeking expressions of interest in managing GTA’s Grain Quality and Supply Chain Assurance programs.

2. About the role
The Grain Quality Assurance Manager will provide leadership, technical oversight and industry coordination across grain quality standards, grain food safety, the National Working Party on Grain Protection, and associated training and education.

This work is central to maintaining confidence in Australia’s grain trading framework and supporting GTA members and industry stakeholders through:

• robust grain quality standards
• effective grain storage and hygiene practices
• responsible chemical use
• market access requirements
• targeted industry training and education
• informed, practical industry leadership.

GTA is seeking expressions of interest from candidates whose skills, experience, and technical knowledge make them an expert in grain quality and assurance. GTA is open to applications from candidates seeking full-time engagement or an experienced industry consultant looking for new or additional challenges.

GTA offers flexibility, with the work location to be considered during the evaluation process.
